About Batchelor
Batchelor Arbitration

Jeff arbitrates the same kind of cases he mediates. In contrast to other arbitrators, Jeff allows the parties to try their case, not his. He appreciates that those who agree to arbitrate relinquish their right to a jury trial and, with narrow exceptions, give up their right to judicial review. Those who have arbitrated with Jeff know that he is a patient and careful listener, that he understands the law and follows the evidence.

Those who arbitrate with Jeff also know that Jeff, in contrast to most arbitrations, provides the parties with arbitration awards that transparently display his analysis of the case, the reasons for his rulings. Jeff maintains that those who relinquish their right to a jury trial and an appeal in favor of trail by an arbitrator deserve nothing less.
